Cadets, juniors and young adults must show date of birth. The above subscription runs until 1st March 2012. 10% family discount (two or more members of the same family at the same address) can also be deducted from the total. Note Social membership is excluded from the family discount scheme. Please check that all details are correct. Sign the form and return it with your cheque - made out to TOTTERIDGE TENNIS CLUB and send it to the address below. Shoe tags, and a fixture card will be sent to you as soon as possible after receipt of your cheque.
Adult playing members are normally entered into the draw for Wimbledon tickets. Tick here if you DO NOT want to be entered into the Wimbledon draw this year
